About
Role of Hearing Office
The UNM Hearing Office adjudicates cases related to personnel issues, student conduct violations, allegations of discrimination, Title IX violations, and other related matters. The hearings are administrative, not criminal, and decisions are made by a trained Hearing Officer. The Hearing Officer is tasked with determining if a respondent has violated one or more UNM policies in a particular situation.
